Lord Jesus Christ, our God, You who are the way, the truth, and the life, and who journeyed with Your servant Joseph, as well as with the two disciples who went to Emmaus—You Yourself, O Lord, journey with me, Your servant, and bless my path.

Send me, too, a guardian angel like the one sent to Tobit, to be my guide and protector and to keep me safe from all harm. And so, may I return to my home in peace, health, and prosperity, and may I glorify Your most holy and most worthy Name—that of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—all the days of my life. Amen.
