<\/span><span title=\"marele poet german Nikolaus Lenau, nascut intr-un sat de langa Timisoara, astazi Lenauheim.\">the great German poet Nikolaus Lenau, born in a village near Timisoara, today Lenauheim. <\/span><span title=\"Lista ar putea continua... \">The list could continue &#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"Carmen et error \"><strong>Carmen et error<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"Tatal lui Ovidiu apartinea nobilimii si-l destinase functiilor publice.\">Ovid&#8217;s father belonged to the nobility and assigned him to public functions. <\/span><span title=\"Dar, dupa un studiu scurt al retoricii, Ovidiu s-a dedicat creatiei artistice.\">But, after a brief rhetorical study, Ovidiu devoted himself to artistic creation. <\/span><span title=\"Dupa ce si-a completat cultura la Atena, a intreprins impreuna cu prietenul sau, poetul Aemilius Macer, o calatorie in Sicilia si Asia Mica.\">After completing his culture in Athens, he and his friend, Aemilius Macer, made a trip to Sicily and Asia Minor. <\/span><span title=\"Intors la Roma, a intrat in cercul literar condus de Messala Corvinus, ducand in paralel o viata extravaganta si lipsita de griji in mijlocul protipendadei romane.\">Returning to Rome, he entered the literary circle led by Messala Corvinus, leading in parallel an extravagant and worry-free life in the midst of the Roman counter-order. <\/span><span title=\"Inalta societate romana ii aprecia operele, iar printre protectorii poetului se afla insusi imparatul Octavianus Augustus.\">The high Romanian society appreciates the works, and among the protectors of the poet is the emperor Octavianus Augustus himself. <\/span><span title=\"Dupa moartea lui Horatiu, in anul 8 i.Hr., Ovidiu a devenit cel mai cunoscut si apreciat poet din Roma. \">After Horatiu&#8217;s death, in the 8th century BC, Ovidius became the most famous and appreciated poet in Rome.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"In vreme ce poetul se afla pe insula Elba, in toamna anului 8 d.Hr., cu totul pe neasteptate, fara o consultare prealabila a Senatului, Augustus a decis surghiunirea lui Ovidiu pe tarmul indepartat al Marii Negre, tocmai la Tomis.\">While the poet was on the island of Elba in the autumn of AD 8, altogether unexpectedly, without a prior consultation of the Senate, Augustus decided Ovidius to overthrow the remote Black Sea coast, just at Tomis. <\/span><span title=\"Forma exilului sau era relativ mai usoara, &quot;relegatio&quot;, si nu cuprindea clauza &quot;aquae et ignis interdictio&quot;, in sensul de &quot;proscris in afara legii&quot;.\">The form of his exile was relatively lighter, &#8220;relegatio,&#8221; <\/span><span title=\"De ce poetul, care se aratase atat de sceptic in privinta religiei romane, nu ataca si zeii de la Dunare?\">Why did the poet, who had shown himself so skeptical about Roman religion, did not attack the gods of the Danube? Remember that Ovidiu, with his friend Aemilius Macer, had a trip to Asia Minor, exclusive Thracian territory to Greek colonization. <\/span><span title=\"In Asia Mica se remarcasera mai multe regate tracice, intre care cel mai stralucitor a fost cel al Frigiei.S-a brodit ca o sintagma tracica sa contina sunetele N, A, S si O, adica numele poetului.\">In Asia Minor, there were several Thracian kingdoms, among which the most brilliant was the one of the Phrygian.
